Shopify Integration

Automatically message Shopify customers at every stage of their order — without writing a single line of code.

How it will work

  1. 1Install the UGSMS app from your Shopify admin and connect it with your UGSMS API key.
  2. 2Shopify order events (order placed, paid, fulfilled, shipped, cancelled) are received by UGSMS through secure webhooks.
  3. 3Map each event to an SMS template with merge fields such as {customer_name}, {order_number}, and {tracking_url}.
  4. 4Messages are sent from your sender ID and deducted from your prepaid wallet at your normal volume rate.
  5. 5Delivery reports for every message appear in your UGSMS dashboard alongside the Shopify order reference.

A WordPress plugin that turns WooCommerce order and stock events into instant SMS notifications.

How it will work
